When you think of boudoir photography, you probably think of highly sexual photos that might look like something out of Playboy, featuring skimpy lingerie and looks of seduction. And sure, that’s what some boudoir portraits (but not all) look like on the surface. But that’s not what boudoir photography is all about.

As a professional photographer who specializes in honoring women’s stories, from maternity photography and the motherhood journey to boudoir photography, I’ve seen firsthand what an enriching and invigorating experience these photo shoots are.
